Meet Sarah Mack, LMT
I'm Sarah Mack, a licensed massage therapist and the owner of Jorah Alchemy Medical Massage. My approach combines focused therapeutic work with an understanding that every person brings different needs, experiences, and comfort levels to the treatment room.
I graduated from Laurel Highlands Therapeutic Academy in Ebensburg, Pa, in 2018. My additional training includes neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, sports massage, oncology massage, geriatric massage and trauma-informed care.
My Approach to Care
I take time to listen, discuss your goals, and adapt each session to your health history and comfort. You're encouraged to ask questions, communicate your preferences, and request adjustments throughout the treatment.
My goal is to offer attentive, individualized care in a calm, professional setting.
